Medical Surgery Copays

I am a 48 year old female I noticed my health starting to decline in 2006 and by 2012 I was on Social Security Disability.

My family which consist of myself, my husband, our 16 year old high school sophomore daughter and we have twin 20 year old boys in college. I have various doctor appointments which require $20 CoPays each and various (16) prescription a month which are from $0 to $50 each

I am in need of some help with CoPays for medical surgeries coming up, doctor appointments and assistance with my rent for at one month.

I currently have been diagnosed with Neck and Back Issues. I have already had 2 disk replaced in my neck and a Nerve Stimulator placed in my low back.

I also suffer with Fibromyalgia, Plantar Faciatis in both feet, Carpal Tunnel both hands I have had surgery on my right Hand but it was so damaged there is no feeling in the thumb and first finger I am scheduled to have surgery on the left hand on 5/30 I have a $275 CoPay due on that day for the surgery I need help with that CoPay I have also been diagnosed with, Lupus, Connective Tissue Disorder, Anemia, Migraines, TMJ Facial Pain, Anxiety, Depression

I am in need of some help with CoPays for medical surgery coming up and rent assistance for at least one month.

I am currently scheduled to have a surgery on May 30, 2019 which will have a CoPay of $275. I also have a surgery scheduled on August 20, 2019 and one on November 26, 2019, each will have a $275 CoPay. I need help with the 3 surgery CoPays total $825

Also we have been using my social security check which I receive on the 2nd Wednesday of the month to pay our rent and having to pay late fees. Our lease is up and to be able to stay we must pay on the first. I need to find help to get us at least one month or a few paid so we will be ahead. My husband checks are not big enough (their weekly) to pay by 1st. Our rent is $1325.
