Medical Studies Tuition Fees

I am about to pursue a medical degree that will impose a large financial burden on my family, given the situation that my parents are separated and neither one will be able to fully bear the cost of the annual tuition fees that amounts to nearly US$30,000 yearly, totalling to almost US$150,000 (excluding living expenses) for the overall duration.

This small amount will greatly aid my family and I by subsidising day to day expenses for textbooks and transportation to & fro my university. As any child hopes to relieve the burden off their parents, I am no different. I have worked diligently at a local pet store for the last 6 months and have some savings but the money that is hopefully raised will allow me to subsidise nearly half of my tuition fees on my own, due to the fact that I have secured a bursary and a loan to finance my studies. I am committed to excelling in my course as I have always been academically inclined both in high school and college. My dream to be a OB/GYN is what I am strongly passionate about, and this will help me get one step closer to my dream while simultaneously making my parents proud.
