Medical intervention not incarceration

My Son is a young man that has been documented with Mental illness. He has no police records or history of violence. He was arrested and charged with serious crimes and incarcerated, instead of receiving the medical and mental health intervention that are his by right. My Son also received a traumatic brain injury during the car accident. He did not receive a Cat or a MRI of his brain after the car accident; nor was he admitted to the hospital for over night observation, protocol for brain injury patient. He is currently incarcerated for the last two and half years. We have obtained a Lawyer but the fees or mounting please help us in obtaining justice and the proper Medical help for my child so that he may have a future by the grace of God, and May God Bless You All!
