Medical Help for kidney transplantation

for everyone who is concerned, i am Hoda Elsaeed and i am a medical student studying medicine at Egypt.
I am fourth year at college and still have two years left to graduate but i have big issues. i do not have money to complete my studies.
but this is not the big problem.... my mother is suffering from kidney failure from diabetic neglecting and high blood pressure for sure there were the main causes beside a medical mistake by a physician who asked her to make MRI using contrast which was the beginning of an endless discomfort.she is on dialysis unit for 4 years until now but she can not go on cause the service is too bad and many times she loses a lot of blood in the dialysis device beside routine mistakes done by nurses who are not qualified to work in these units. and to manage this problem she has to get blood transfusion at least twice per week. beside her kidney fails to produce erythropoietin hormone which is essential for erythropoiesis(red blood cells syntheses) so she is suffering from severe anemia which could cost her to lose her life, managing this also is to buy synthetic erythropoietic hormone in injection form at least 8 to 12 per month and this is great problem as it is too expensive to buy monthly. to imagine every normal session without mistakes, she are asked to get this hormone. what about one with the awful mistake in the dialysis session which make the injection useless and the money which we do our best to get do nothing. monthly analyses from CBC to virology tests which costs a lot. what makes the one not to be optimistic is the surrounding problems not the main one, our house is too far from the dialysis unit and some times she fails to reach in time and she lost her session which makes her get worse and aggravate the condition as she suffers from dyspnea and wheezing( breathing problems), those are due to accumulation of fluids inside the body which normally are excreted through kidney filtration or artificial through dialysis session. she had serious of complications regarding her illness and bad health care in Egypt. she suffers from osteoporosis which is serious co morbidity makes her at risk of fractures from any trauma,mental fussiness due to electrolytes imbalances and uncontrolled blood pressure, visual problems mainly due to diabetes effects. she is administering exogenous insulin through injection daily.
also bony abnormalities makes her have gait and balance problems. the worst complication which it's management is too hard she begins to get depressed and has bouts of crying.
for this i suspended my study and looked for monthly income to help her and get afford at least her drugs which makes her get quite better but i regret i can not afford every thing this because life in Egypt become to miserable and difficult. she got more depressed by time however my trials for making her get comfort, she does not imagine that i suspend my study because of her illness she knows that i wont leave it, sooner or later i would do my best to fulfill our dream. this month someone help me, he found someone to donate with one of his kidneys which seems like the dream comes true but unfortunately we crashed with the reality, we don't have money for either the volunteer or the hospital and doctor fees. a friend tell if i can bring out my story in fundraising sites and he told me you can get someone helps you.
i hope someone help, i want all your sympathies, i wish it comes true.
for everyone read this, i would be grateful if you could help me... it is matter of time i don't want to waste another time enough the last 4 years.
i could not imagine that her states would reach that level, this year is something and the last 3 years are something else...... please help me if you can please.
