Campaign Story
Hi all, my cat (Ginger) is 2.5 years and he is a very friendly and lovable cat. Well-liked by many, this boy has been hospitalised twice - this time being the longest one yet. He got admitted on 29 August 2019 due to a blocked bladder. It could have been only a week stay but it had to be dragged longer because unfortunately, after the catheter has been removed on the first try, the bladder got blocked again. The vet had to insert the urinary catheter for about 4 times before he was finally able to pee on his own. And hopefully, continues to be well!
However, 2 weeks into being warded, he caught a viral flu, affecting his upper respiratory tract. I found ulcers in his mouth and tongue, it got so uncomfortable for him to even eat or drink. It is sad to see him losing so much weight. He was just recently shifted to the isolation ward and is now on tube feed.
We have certainly missed him being home and are hoping he would recover soon! Home feels very different and dull without him.
The amount could mount up to about 2.5-3k and I am appealing for funds to defray the medical costs. The bill is still ongoing.
Any amount is appreciated! Donate generously :) A little kindness/ help goes a long way, no amount is too little! :) This boy deserves all the love in the world xx
Thank you and God bless.
