Medical Help for a Father with Cancer

My friend was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. His name is Roland Reyes. He is a father of an only son who is now 13 years old. He raised him well even if he has been separated from his wife for a couple of years now. He is very much focused on how he can provide a good life for his only son working hard during day time and doing side hustle at night. He is hardworking, very passionate about what he does, trustworthy, loyal, and honest co-worker and friend.

Last December 2021, he was diagnosed having Tuberculosis but after 2 months he was still suffering from severe cough and pain further tests confirmed that it was not TB but Lymphoma and now Stage 3. He can barely eat as the cyst is blocking his food passage and there are more to be seen on veins near his heart.

He was confused, he doesn't want to bother his family with his medication and he doesn't want anybody worrying about him and being a burden. At first, he doesn't want to be treated because it requires a lot of money and unfortunately he does not have this huge amount of money to get treatment & medication. His family and friends convinced him that there is still hope. We promise him we will help him & he needs to fight because his son and siblings need him.

He needs financial help to cover 12 sessions of chemotherapy, and medications and to cover their daily living expenses while he is on treatment and unable to work.

He is only 36 years old, he no longer has his parents. What he has is his precious son and other siblings at home. His only dream is to travel with his son and go back to Disneyland! Let's give Roland a HOPE that he can still be with them for a long time. Everybody cares about him and he can still dream of doing exciting things with his only son.
