hi my name is james i am a father of a beautiful 7 year old boy i was diagnosed with hus that caused kidney failure now i am trying to raise money to have the surgery to start dialysis and for a couple meds i need due to my insurance being canceled now tgey say it may take awhile to get it back and im getting worse so i camt wait that long so any help would be greatly appreciated tgank you and god bless
