Financial help

Because of the current situation here in Japan. I just can't keep up with all my son's expenses. He was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome when he was about 4 years old. I have had to take care of him alone since he was about 4 . But with Covid-19 affecting everything, it has been impossible to keep up with all the expenses. And now that he just tested positive for Corona, I already know that we are going to need help very soon. Even with insurance, the bills are always incredibly high. My son doesn't want people to know he is suffering but I said it better that he is alive. He shouldn't worry what others may think. Of course, if he needs a kidney that will come from me. It is the cost that will be impossible. Anyway, there are only so many hours I can work everyday. I wish there were more. I guess I realize I need to face reality and ask for help.
