Medical help

​Hello my name is Sam, I have a beautiful wife and children and my life was fine until 3 months ago...

My wife was feeling constantly tired and in a lot of pain, she then noticed blood in her urine...

Unfortunately she has been told she has chronic kidney failure and will soon be on dialysis.

This will leave me unable to work for extended periods, I struggle enough as it is to keep a roof over our heads and this will make it nearly impossible.

I am asking please if anybody can spare even a penny to help me as the last thing I need is to lose my house on top of all this, I would be so greatful, if not then it is fine thank you for taking time to read this.
