Withdue respect to inform you that I am Gautam Mandal .my operation appendix and gollblader stone. I have nomore money for this operation.i am poor family belong . My operation recently in on month time.
My checkap report from " SONOSCAN Diagnostic & Multispeciality Outdoor" RIF ; Shows oedemetous ileo-caecal loops. Surrounding mesentery is thick and echogenic.Small adjacent fluid pocket noted . A tubular structure (8.8mm) is seen projecting from base of caecum containing a lith (5mm)...........Likely inflamed appendix with appendicolith.Apical part of appendix appears deficient and GALL BLADDER : Multiple calculi (size upto 4.5mm)are seen in gallbladder lumen. to be oparetion MALDA NURSING HOME PVT. LTD.
