Medical Ground

I am Abul Kalam Azad from Bangladesh. Now I am retired person. I be come very poor family. I have three child. There are also going to School and college. My wife 40 years old. She suffered from Thelasimania disease long time and sometimes give her blood (When shortest of Hemoglobin in blood). Now she is very illness. Sometimes she going to be a doctor for treatment. My younger daughter is also suffered that disease. So I need help from you and safe my daughter and wife.
