Medical Fundraising for De Guzman Family

We are in need of your generosity to help raise funds for Mr. Christopher De Guzman's father who met a serious accident last October 20, 2017. He was hospitalized and will be discharged this day but it would be a long recovery of over a year. Because of all his injuries it has taken a toll of financial aspects of the family. A little about his father is he's always been a hard working and loving person. He has to take alot of medicine which is expensive for the family to pay along with the medical bills to pay and the regular bills that are always coming in. We are asking for help so that "Tito" can get better.
