Medical funding for elderly dog

My elderly dog has an upcoming appointment with the vet that I can't possibly pay for. He's needing to have teeth extraction and castration with full panels of blood work. In November 2014, he was diagnosed with IBD-inflammatory bowel disease. In December 2016, he was diagnosed with arthritis, age related heart disease, allergic bronchitis, and needing teeth extraction. I have put off his surgery, one for his age and two, because I couldn't afford his medical care anymore.

I was retrenched a couple years ago, after being diagnosed with graves disease hyperthyroidism. It's been an uphill battle looking for a job with untreated hyperthyroidism because of the long term need of medication etc. So with on/off part time job, I was able to pay for his daily meals.

Funding will be use for his surgery, bloodworks, x rays, pain management and supplements for his arthritis.
