Medical funding for Arnold Galupo – Dialysis

I am Arnold Galupo, I need to go for a 3 times a week dialysis due to kidney malfunction and it is been a year now that I am suffering from sickness. Because I am the head of the family and my kids are still young and studying, we do not have enough money to support my dialysis. I am an on call helper and carpenter but because of my sickness, I am now unable to work. I was able to undergone dialysis for quite sometime now because the clinic where we are doing the procedure allowed us with a promissory that we will pay for it. But now, our bill is going high and the clinic is not allowing us to do the procedure anymore.
