Be part of my journey to regain health.

It started in 2014, my very first operation was a success removing a 6.5 kilo of solid mass out of my abdomen. Since the mass was removed with it's covering intact, no other treatment was necessary at the time. Then on May 4th of 2016, I was brought to the emergency room where they found out that my hemoglobin was way below normal and I needed a blood transfusion right away. More news came, I have a blood clot on my right groin and they also found three(3) large masses on the same location in my abdomen. Hope was almost lost because the first group of Doctors was not so optimistic with my situation thus, we have to find another medical center to perform the much needed surgery to remove the mass. We were hopeful because of the previous successful operation but little did I know that it will not be easy as the first.

The second operation was performed, the mass was removed but unfortunately, my right kidney was also taken out as well as some part of my small and large intestine due to the extent of the mass. I was working my way to recovery when I was informed that an emergency operation is needed three(3) days after. I stayed for a month in the hospital and became so depressed about my health condition. Through prayers and support from my family, friends and relatives and my doctors, i was able to gain hope and believe that I will be able to overcome this trial - so i did.

After getting out of the hospital, there was a complete changed in lifestyle - i am not eating red meat anymore, added more veggies and followed a regimen to help my body healthy. Supplements were also considered to boost immune system. On September, 2016 I had my 1st the chemo session and finished the 12th session on December of the same year. My wife, kids and friends had raised fund t

Earlier this year around April, after my regular monitoring thru a PET CT Scan, 3 enlarged lymph nodes was found...they ask me to repeat the scan but this time just a CT Scan. The lymph nodes are getting bigger so I underwent another operation - they were able to removed 19 lymph nodes in total.

I was relieved to know that the 19 lymph nodes were negative of Liposarcoma. On September 8, 2018 - time for another scan, this time it was an ultrasound and the result was a surprise because there are two(2) possibly necrotic enlarged lymph nodes that measures ~7.2cm and a ~5cm. A follow-up CT Scan was scheduled on September 22 and the lymph nodes sizes increased to ~7.7cm. Needless to say, an exlap operation is needed. With God's grace, I came out of the operating room on October 6th and now recovering smoothly.

Hoping that i was not in this situation but i was advised to go for a radiation treatment, it's objective is to target potentially tiny ones that the eyes can't see. According to science, liposarcoma is a rare but I know that there is nothing impossible with strong faith and love - I am inviting you to join me to conquer the odds.

Thank you!
