Medical Fund Raising For Mrs Vivian Sulquiano

Hello Everyone!

I pray and hope that you are all in good place right now especially in this time of pandemic. I started this campaign for my Mother Vivian Sulquiano. She has been recently diagnosed with Hearth failure and Kidney Disease on September 26, 2020.

She has been rushed to the hospital last September 18, 2020 due to a hypertension that made hard to breath. Doctors has already announced that she was critical and needed an emergency Dialysis because her Creatinine and Potassium are too high. After the Hemodialysis she remains weak and vulnerable.

Medical miracles come at great costs. The family has done all it can to collect total amount required to pay some of the hospital bills and expenses, however it is not enough to cover all the medication needed.

We are knocking on your generous hearts for help covering my Mom's medical expenses through donations that would also help ease the family's burden. We welcome all donations, nothing is ever too small. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
