Tatay Noel was diagnosed of Chronic Kidney Failure with uncontrolled Diabetes last June 30, 2020. He was currently under medication and was advised to undergo Dialysis three times a week. Given the current pandemic situation, his family cannot sustain his medication. The whole family is humbly knocking at your door and seeking assistance to every generous heart that can reach this page.
