Medical Fund for my Daughter’s Stereotactic Radiosurgery

My cheerful and energetic daughter is now in pain due to cerebral hemorrhage. Last May 4, 2017, Irish Madriguera, aged 12 was rushed to the Cainta Municipal Hospital. Before rushing to the hospital, my daughter complained of dizziness and severe headache. My daughter then vomited previously ingested food and then reportedly fell asleep. Her grandmother tried to wake her up but she was unresponsive with no spontaneous eye opening.

Imaging done showing a parenchymal bleed at the occipital area. She was intubated and ventilated via ambubag around 9pm until 4am then advised to transfer to The Medical City – Pasig for further management.

Her pediatric neurologist suggested a four-vessel cerebral angiogram which was performed and was diagnosed as a case of cerebellar hemorrhage with hydrocephalus secondary to ruptured AV malformation.

She needs to undergo Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) immediately. She was confined for 1 week at the ICU for monitoring and treating her pneumonia that hinders her breathing. The operation cost P600k excluding the professional fees and other fees at the hospital.

I am writing this letter with great hope. Like you, we love to save our daughter so we are humbly asking for financial assistance.
