Balaji, a father aged 45 and self-employed, has been part of happy family living modestly in Chennai, India. The family, includes wife, Yuvarani, and son, a student of 10th grade, were devastated when Balaji was diagnosed to have Ischemic Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Severe L.V Dysfunction. He is advised on June 19th, 2015 to undergo HEART TRANSPLANTATION and he is currently under observation at Dr. K.M. Cherian’s FRONTIER LIFELINE HOSPITAL, Chennai CCU with medical support for HEART TRANSPLANTATION.
The family has a very small coverage from the private insurance to the amount of about $5,000 out of $15,000 of total hospital and other medical expenses so far. The projected expenses for HEART TRANSPLANTATION , approximately $50,000, is beyond their reach and has already lead to a serious financial hardship for their family. Some of their family, friends and well wishers have been supporting them for the current hospital expenses and life support.
This time critical appeal is for assistance and support financially for Balaji's HEART TRANSPLANTATION treatment which expected to be done in the next few weeks.
God bless all the contributors and their well wishes.
