Medical for my pet

Hi. My name's Walid,i get my first pet in 2008 now its been 8 years and everyday i play with him and give him food and water but yesterday he dont want to move or eat or anything . I rushed him to the vet. The doctor says he need a medication that could fix this.But the medication is a $500-$600
