Medical expenses.for sickly aged parents

Warm greetings, my name is Shanmugam, living in Singapore. Very recently I was laid off from my job. It was a well-paying job and it has been a major hit. I am the sole breadwinner of my family and I take care of both my parents. This situation and sudden hardship is really taking a toll on me. My father has dementia and he was in the hospital for 2 months recently. He requires constant attention, thus helpers need to be paid for. My mother is a cancer patient. Ot looks like it surfacing again after remission.She has a lump in her groin area and surely a check-up is needed. I don't even have the money to take her for a check-up. She was also in the hospital for 1 week. She is very sensitive to chemical smells as well and she also requires constant attention. If she inhales them, she coughs out blood. Last year she went for a cataract operation on both her eyes. Even that follow up could not be arranged. Apart from this, she is seeing the heart and diabetic specialist. All this was possible when I was employed. Now I cannot do it anymore. We have struggled with some of the helpers that we previously had and, in the process, I incurred many expenses, draining my savings. I had no choice, I borrowed from some people and they imposed interest. I had been paying the loans off regularly until lost my job. Being the only son, I have my duty to take care of my aged and sickly parents. I would like to take care of them in their remaining time. I am just worried that their situation will get worse because I am not able to take care immediately. I have never been in such a situation. Unfortunately, relatives are not keen to help us. I am currently doing menial jobs. I am struggling with that too. I have applied for various jobs and so far no one has been responsive. Being in the logistics field is a very tough market. I am doing this because I I sincerely wish some good souls can support us and contribute in this time of need. All of the money will go to take care of my parents and all of their medical expenses.
