Good day! I'm Osmund Saligan, 35 years old and has been diagnosed to have stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease a year ago which has now progressed to Stage 5 or ESRD. Since then, I have been on dialysis 3 times a week to cleanse my blood from all the toxins which my kidneys have been failing to process. I was advised that in order to have a higher chance of surviving, I should undergo a kidney transplant. I have not found a donor yet, so I am depending on my hemo dialysis weekly.
I've been in and out of the hospital lately due to complications. I went into surgery to create AV fistula on both arms, and both failed to mature and they are unusable. I've been reliant on my IJ catheter since at the start of my dialysis journey, when it should only be used for two months maximum. And because of this, I have on/off fever due to infection.
My doctor advised that I should have PermaCath inserted. The procedure alone will cost us somewhere around P25,000 or more.
The expenses for my medication and hospitalization have strained our finances. I am not ready to give up on life yet, thus this campaign. I trust God's will for me to live longer and provision no matter how close to impossible the situation is.
I am knocking on your kind hearts to help me raise funds for my PermaCath and medication. You may send your donations through the following:
Cebuana Lhuillier / Palawan Express / Western Union / and any other money transfer:
Account number: 3169352908
I thank you greatly in advance. I pray that God bless you more abundantly and may you prosper, and live a long life.
Osmund "Bob" Saligan
