Medical donation for my nephew

Hello,

The family of 7 (5 children with parents) living in Afghanistan, as everyone knows there're thousands of families living under the poverty.
The younger baby boy from this Family faced a serious illness which is described in the documents that received from them to help. The funds in the document is in Afghanistan currency (AFN).
The French Medical Institute (hospital) in Kabul has a charity program for low-income families, they only refunded 21,492 and the balance 44,500 (CAD$865)the Family borrowed from their relatives in Kabul. I was trying to help them with some cash from my own but couldn't help at all.

The Family needs to return that money within 2 months period which I think only 1 month left. Any help would be much appreciated and a BIG thank you from everyone.
