Medical costs, supporting my kids

Hi, I will try to sum up my predicament as best I can - Around 2 years ago while in Japan I was blacking out and had arrhythmia, I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease “sarcoidosis” (affecting the base of my heart causing serious arrhythmia) which lead to a a series of major heart attacks - the result was two months in hospital, several delibulator shocks, heart ablation surgery, liver biopsy, and ICD pacemaker surgery - the works. For the layman this is an electronic implanted device in my chest which is like an AED with wires leading into my heart. The ICD device will send an electric shock to my heart if the beat goes abnormally fast for more than 60 seconds. I am also on heavy medication to keep my heart rate low and to suppress the sarcoidosis for the rest of my life. So that’s my illness and experience in a nutshell. The main concern is : I have 4 young kids to support (all under 6). Unfortunately and unfairly, I lost two jobs due to my long duration in hospital so my income has dropped dramatically. Those jobs kept us above water and I have never been able to get the work back that I lost. In Japan I receive no welfare so have to support myself. I have been supporting my family by teaching part time and doing any odd job that I am capable of doing given my condition. However it’s just not enough. I try to keep a positive attitude but it is getting harder and harder to do that. So in short I have to now admit it that I’m in trouble and it’s an under statement that I need a wee bit of support.
