Medical costs for whole mouth tooth implants

Hi to everyone out there! I am in need of funding right now, because I decided that I wanted teeth back in my mouth. They were extracted due to poor gum tissue stemming from smoking. I can't stand wearing dentures. I need to implant 1500 per tooth cost, to replace about 20 teeth, 10 top/10 bottom teeth. Also need new clothes and a complete makeover for my new life.
