Our beloved friend Teddy Arellano, who has touched the lives of so many, has suffered a stroke on 11th March and needs dialysis for life. Ted is recovering. He was discharged after 11 days from hospital on Tue March 22nd and is now an outpatient.

Ted suffered loss of movement and pain on his right side, which is damage left over from the stroke. However there is good hope now that he will regain his mobility with ongoing rehabilitation and care. In addition to dialysis, rehab and daily care, Teddy also needs regular insulin shots.

Medical costs can really add up and we know that many of Teddy's friends live abroad and would love to help but don't know where to start. So we have set up this fund to collect donations from Teddy's friends around the world. Between us all, no matter how small, we can make a difference! Just as Teddy has made such a difference in so many lives. It's his turn to receive the generosity that he has always put out.

Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be accepted by credit card, debit card or Paypal. Don't be put off when donating thinking you must have a Paypal account to donate ... rest assured you don't have to have Paypal. Paypal is simply the site that will process your credit or debit card. Simply click the 'Check out with Paypal' button, that will bring you to a page where you can select to donate using either an existing Paypal account or bottom right corner you can select 'Pay with a Credit or Debit Card'. Once that is selected you can enter your card details and follow the prompts. The money is being collected in an account that is used only for collecting donations for Teddy and it will all be withdrawn and handed personally to Teddy or his family to take care of medical payments.

For those that are based in The Philippines but outside of Metro Manila and would like to help, please send a text to Teddy's brother Edwin: 0928 405 6201 and he can send Philippine bank details for local php deposits.

Thank you all for joining us to help Teddy in this difficult time.
