Medical Costs for my Mom who’s got Glaucoma disease

First I'd like to introduce her to you.

Mom, person that means a lot to all of us, she's got disease called glaucoma, which means her eye sight is cutting off slowly. She discovered insane headache 2 years ago but doctors kept on saying it's nothing unusual and she should get glasses. After a while she has been experiencing massive pain and she went to a private doctor to check her eye pressure.

Glaucoma is a rare disease, it increases the pressure in your eyes which could mean that your eye nerve is getting weaker and can crack, if that happens there's a really high chance of people losing complete sight in their eye which means they go blind.

My mom right now has <5% sight on her left eye and eye pressure over 25, she operated left eye already twice, and her right eye once.

Left eye is already lost as it can't recover at all, but doctors said she could save the Right eye by operating it again in Belgrade, the cost for the operation is around 1000€ since our Country won't fund it, she has to collect the money on herself and pay the operation so she could save her sight.

This is why I'm kindly asking as her Son, She's 44 and she's been already fighting through a lot of stuff. Not mentioning she's got celiac disease already for over 13 years, its gluten intolerance and the food is really expensive.
