Our sun, moon and stars

Our beautiful boy is 14 years old. Funny, witty, intelligent, BUT, he has a condition called Charcot Marie Tooth Disease which affects the upper and lower limbs - arms and legs. he is in a great deal of pain 6 days out of the seven, but never complains. He really needs more surgery on his feet to try and stabilise him, as well as a tendon transfer for his hands. We also would like to get him new wheels - a motorised wheelchair - that will give him a bit more freedom. The current wheelchair is a bit heavy, and although we are so grateful for the one we have, Carl needs a new one that will be more suited to his current needs. Currently his right wrist, right knee and both ankles are very weak. He struggles to use his hands, and cannot dress himself. We also assist him with eating and bathing. he is a bright young man that studies hard, he is extremely well-read, and have dreams and ambitions like any other teen. We thank all that is willing to help a beautiful young man!
