Medical costs

Hello,

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis five years ago.I have been managing the condition though, but my left knee cap is badly affected and needs urgent medical attention(replacement).I require at least $18,000 to carry me through the operation and rehabilitation.Of the required amount,I have been able to raise $ 11,500 from friends and family.Am appealing to well wishers to help me fund raise the deficit so that I can commence my treatment on 10th May,2019 though it was initially supposed to be in February this year.

I lost my job in October,2018 partly due to my condition.Am a family man with a wife,a child and a host of other people that depend on me.Am appealing to well wishers for support me in this course so that I may quickly get back to my feet and support my family and other dependents.Kindly help me hit the deadline and salvage my knee cap.
