Medical costs

My parents are both retired and do not earn a great pension. My mom has been suffering with emense pain in her shoulder. The shoulder has completely degenerated and she requires a shoulder replacement operation. The operation and all costs included is over 130k. She has been unable to get the required surgery due to lack of funds. She has lost normal use of her arm and is in constant pain. My one wish is that she can have no pain and her quality of life be restored for the remained of her living years. All funds will go towards medical costs and rehabilitation.
