I'm Fiorenza an Italian woman who need a head surgery for Arnold Chiari syndrome. In the past I try to be treated to Italian hospital of Pisa without results. I know there is in US New York a famous Institute for patients who suffer for this rare desease and I would to be a patient of this hospital. This could save my life. It s why I could to raise money for my health.
