Medical Costs

Need help for medical costs. I have alot of debt. I´ve turn 18 this year but I feel like I´ve been an adult for longer now. I´ve been taking care of my little brother for years now because my parents are always in the hospital , they both have a lot of problems. I´ve been trying to get a job for some time now but it´s not easy taking the fact that I had to leave school bc of my depression. It´s a little better now but It´s realy hard to get the money for the medication and also take care of my parents hospital bills. I don´t feel confotable talking about my parents problems, but I can talk about the fact that every month ther´s a new bill. It´s really heard.

I really want to help my family to get better and to be happy.

Please help, I dont know what else to do.
