This is a campaign aimed at mobilizing resources to support open heart surgery for Hollie Charlottee Musimenta a five year old girls diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Disease (VSD) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD). Hollie Charlottee comes from a vulnerable humble family with no financial means to meet this expenses.
