Medical cost Tom Needs Help

Tom after loosing his brother who committed suicide is now undergoing pain and frustration hoping that he will make the right choice each day. His condition is getting worse each day with this feeling in his mind that he might have to commit suicide like his brother. His job is unstable and he has infection on his feet which is causing him so much in pain that stops him from working more. He is living alone in Thailand trying to survive each day with a hope that he will get better with his feet condition. Recently he had a motorbike accident while sitting on the back of the motorbike which made his feet get worse.
