As the eldest among 9 siblings, Mary Jane has worked abroad for 13 years to help raise and fund for her siblings' studies. After being able to help her family, she got married and had two children which made her decide to stay in the Philippines and live a simple life with them.
As a sister, she is generous. As a mother, she is selfless.
Mary Jane is currently suffering from stage 4 lung cancer and is now the one needing our help. The doctors have confirmed and delivered the news no one really wants to hear but we continue to hope for the best. Her battle may be hard but we are not giving up. And so, we are knocking on your generous hearts to whatever amount you can share to help her family raise funds for her medical expenses. We continue to hope for her complete healing and do whatever we can to ease the pain the BIG C has brought upon her.
We also ask everyone to pray for the entire family's strength in this very challenging phase.
