Medical cost for our family dog

My faith is being tested. My dog is sick bleeding from his nose and mouth I need to have blood work done but my care credit account was closed due to inactivity and since then I’ve taken a hit to my credit due to loosing my job a few months back and my mother becoming very sick and being hospitalized for 3 month. I’ve exhausted my credit cards I do not like asking for help but we need help at this moment so I’m hoping for the best and doing what I can.
