Medical cost for my dachshund

I would like to get some help specially to all animal lovers out there to help me with the medical expenses for my dachshund. Because she have this tumor in the lower part of her body. And its growing big day by day. According to the vet she needs to be tested to determine what type of tumor she have. This tumor is causing her to struggle to urinate and sometimes her urine comes with blood. We badly need help. Please. Here are some of pictures. Thank you.
