Medical/ Car

I have had a rough time latley.  I was a single mom with two children working two jobs just to pay bills and put food on the table.  Both my kids are out on their own doing good for themselves but making just enought to keep them a float.   I found out about 5 years ago that i have a heart condition and I have to see the cardiologist once a year to keep an eye on it.  I had a great job for about three years but they went out of business in 2009.  It has been hard to find a permanent position, so I have been working temp jobs to get by.  In the mean time I still have to see the doctor.  I have setup payment plans but the medical bills just keep piling up.  In Nov. I finally landed a full time permanet postion with a good company with benifits.  In January I found out that I have Thyroid Cancer and I have to have it taken out.  Depending on how bad the Cancer is will depend on my radiation and chemo.  I have scheduled my surgery for May 23 at 8 am.  I need to put 1500 down just to have the procedure done.  To top that off this last  Monday my car decided to just die on me and I have no money to fix it right now.  I have been borrowing cars here and there just to get to work.  I just need a break!  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, more than you will ever know.
