Medical assistance request for my father Carlito Duterte

I Maricarl Duterte, we are reaching out to your office to ask for my father's hospitalization. He's Carlito Duterte, 51 years of age. He's currently admitted in Diliman Doctors and he undergone lung surgery, he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer as per his attending physician's final diagnosis. We cannot afford the amount of the bill, my companies insurance as a beneficiary is already maxed out, we already borrowed money to different friends and family but still it is not enough.
