Medicine assistance for treating my Pituitary Tumor (Prolactinoma)

I have a Tumor in my Pituitary gland, excessive secretion of prolactin, a condition called Prolactinoma. I found out about it last 2017, it's gonna be almost 2 years since I last had my menstruation. Living with this condition has been hard for me, other people might think nothing's wrong with me physically however this actually fucks me up mentally. Unfortunately, this is how a person battle with an invisible illness, it's always bottled up inside because it will sound unfair if I voice out what I feel about it since there are people out there almost in the brink of their last breath deserve much more help.

Almost 2 years and no medication, my family is still struggling financially right now and I can't afford to have this condition. Doctors are always scolding me for not following their advice to start taking meds and can't seem to understand that I would've done so if I can afford it.

I thought that somewhere, somehow, someone with a kind heart and money to spare will be willingly to help me to have the ability to buy at least 6 months worth of my medication for initial test to see if the medicine will be effective. A box of Parlodel® (bromocriptine mesylate) with 30 tablets will cost about $105 (5440 php) and in the course of taking the medicine dosage will increase up to 2-3 tablets per day starting 2nd month. My target is to start taking meds by June this year, or as soon as possible (starting April), so that by August I could go to my scheduled follow up MRI to see any progress.

I will appreciate the help from the bottom of my heart... I don't really ask help from other people but I guess everyone needs to change for the better good.
