Medical Assistance for Norma Sevilla Pagsisihan

On 27th of November 2018 at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, my grandmother Norma Sevilla Pagsisihan, 76 years of age had a Cardiac Arrest and was rushed immediately to the nearest hospital in Pasay City, Philippines. Diagnosis shows that she had Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) due to deficient supply of oxygen to the brain and she has been in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Medical Center Taguig (MCT) for 7 weeks already. The Doctors advised us that she needs to undergo a surgery called Tracheostomy to help her breath and to remove the tube that is currently connected to her throat.

As of the moment, our hospital bill already reached to Php 850,000++ (more or less $16,000) excluding the Doctor's fee and the operation fee. The amount is too overwhelming for our family so we would like to ask help from anyone who has a good heart and are willing to help us save my grandma. We are appealing to all of you because my grandma doesn't have any kinds of insurance or any health plans and her medical bill is really piling up.
