Medical assistance for my friend

Hi, I'm Albert, one of Jethro's friends (the guy in the photo). I am asking your kind hearts to please help us raise funds for him as he will be needing a large amount of money for his medical/hospital needs. I made the initiative to share this here as we are also struggling looking and asking money to our other friends and colleagues.
