Medical Assistance for Joeben

I am Joeben Rivera from Balayan Batangas Philippines. I am 44 years of age. I have 2 children's. I am unable to work because of my sickness. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease last October 2017. I am now under dialysis. Three times a week at estimated 4000 per sessions. I really the only income generating machine in my family. Since I am unable to perform more efficient right now, my income is affected. I am raising funds for my dialysis.
