Medical assistance for another mass/tumor found in my lungs and needed core needle biopsy procedure

I am Juan Carlos Torio, 39 Years Old, I have 3 kids. In 2019,I underwent a major surgery called Whipple's Procedure wherein the half of my pancreas has to be removed due to the mass/tumor found on the head of the pancreas. Unfortunately, the biopsy result is malignant. I was diagnosed with Stage IV - Neuro Endocrine Pancreatic Cancer that metastasized in my liver and lungs. I had to take oral chemotherapy meds until September 2019 and had to stopped due to financial needs. On top of Cancer, i am also diabetic and hypertensive. :(

For almost a year of no treatment I've decided to see my Doctor August 2020, I had another CT Scan and series of laboratory test. It was indeed a miracle that the cancer cells spread in the liver is no longer visible in the CT Scan however, a lot of cavities were found in the lungs, some are big and some are small, cavitation - Pulmonary cavities are thick-walled abnormal gas-filled spaces within the lung. They are usually associated with a nodule, mass, or area of consolidation. A fluid level within the space may be present. Plain radiography and CT form the mainstay of imaging. There were times that the cavitation maybe a TB or cancer. So, I was referred to see a pulmonologist and I was advised to take 6 mos of TB medication which I did, during that 6 mos i had a hard time gaining weight, instead of gaining, i am losing weight and i feel more tired, irritated and always in pain. Due to Covid I was not able to go back for a follow-up check up last April 2021.

May 2021, I started to feel the pain in my chest and back and that hurts so bad, so i called my doctor, was given request for CT Scan and lab test again. Unfortunately, the CT Scan shows that the cavitation got bigger where it should got smaller due to the TB meds and I had a big weight loss again. According to my oncologist the cavitation/mass got bigger so he recommended me to through Core Needle Biopsy to see if it was a TB or another mass/tumor - metastatic carcinoma.

The procedure needs to be done ASAP. I cant just rely to pain meds, they need the result of the procedure so they can provide instruction for the next step to make the mass smaller.
