Am appealing to well wishers to help me raise money to meet my medical expenses. I was diagnosed with CAD (Coronary Artery Diseases) in 2016.
For the past 3 years I have been on drugs to help improve my health and enable me keep up health-wise.
Am looking forward to a permanent solution to my condition and hope that through your support i will regain my health.
