Hi to all,

In January 2016 I worked for a company called Killokor motors as a used car sales person, I needed a vehicle to get to and from work and to get my mother to the Discovery clinic for her insulin, blood pressure and cholesterol medication, a vehicle came into stock that I thought would be nice, a 2010 Hyundai I20 1.6 so I put in the finance application and got it sorted, in August 2016 I was dismissed from the company due to not reaching targets they expected, which I accepted and moved on, I now have another job and am ok, BUT just last month - March 2017 the car broke down and had to be towed into a garage as the engine bearings are gone as I was 5004 km over the service due and didn't have the funds for the service, a lesson learnt, however when I gave the mechanic the car details he informed me that in fact the car is not a 1.6 as mentioned but in fact a 1.4. I was very distraught about this and spoke to the bank about the matter, however they don't seem to care as long as I pay, in the mean time, my mother's glasses broke and so she went to the government hospital to get new glasses and they said she has degenerative eye disorder and can't be helped, that she will go blind, so I took her to the learning clinic they suggested we take her to and they gave her a pair of glasses that cost her an arm and a leg, on the way out of the clinic she got chest pains, I thought it was because she was worked up about her eyes and glasses etc but it was a heart attack, so an ambulance was called when we got home and off she went, now the bills are coming, so my mother is on heart medication, blood pressure medication, insulin, (that is out dated as per the photo) and she is going blind, to top it all off she came out of hospital and decided to go shopping when I was at work, she took my little Suzuki swift to the shops and hit a pole, as per the photo's, the insurance has lapsed as I couldn't keep up with the payments and now needs to be fixed, that's 2 cars down. Due to the bad eye sight she has fallen down the steps (just 2 steps) and trips over anything that is below her face, so now a month down the line another pair of glasses broken, so back to the clinic and this time they say no sorry we can't help, she needs to see an opthamologist, so off we go and pay out our butts for the consultation and more bills for the tests, they say she has crystal cataracts, very bad in one eye and bad in the other, so off to the government hospital again for them to say no its degenerative eye disorder and we can't help, so it has to be a private doctor / hospital to help as the government won't assist, now that is a huge cost, so were am I now?

my mothers pension is R1 600.00

I earn enough to pay the cars and mine and my mothers cell phones and my petrol (to and from work and the clinics and hospitals and doctors) etc

I need your help please please please help me, my mothers eyes are the problem and are the reasons I need your help, with her blind I won't be able to leave her home alone, i can't afford a helper and she is just 67 this year. I will fix my cars, (in time) I will sort out the lawyers (eventually) BUT my mother needs this operation, if you could imagine what being blind would do to you can you imagine what it will do to her, If you could just assist with a little it will go a long way.

I thank you in advance for your support and for taking the time to read this, your donation is greatly appreciated and will be used to get new sight for my mum,

Your sincerly

Jacqueline Turner
