Medical and Financial Assistance for Annaliza Gadia’s condition

My name is Daniel Bernan R. Gadia and I am writing you this letter to ask for financial assistance for my mother’s hospitalization bills. Last December 19, 2018, my mother was rushed to hospitals after hospitals due to being so weak and defecating a lot of blood that occurred after being hospitalized the week before. We did not know until that day that she already has an ulcer. Her stomach bleed for weeks and she has skipped her dialysis session because of this. A lot of doctors examined and treated her; a lot of medications, endoscopies, dialysis sessions and blood transfusions were done to her so that she would get better. She had about 3 strokes years before and has a chronic kidney problem that is why she is a dialysis patient for about 2 years now. Fortunately, after all of that and after being hospitalized for 20 days now, the doctors had already approved of her release. However, we are trying so hard to find people, charities, and guarantee letters in able to pay the bills. Currently, our estimated hospital bill is around 150,000 pesos. We do not have this kind of money and we are in dire need of anyone’s help because we have already tried collecting a lot of guarantee letters from politicians, charities, and organizations that were already used but it was still not enough.

My whole family is really grateful for all the people who have been helping and would like to help. It has come to a point that we have to make this happen because my career in football has been unstable due to the clubs I have been in, from Meralco Sparks FC, Global Cebu FC, and Davao Aguilas FC that closed. To all the people who really knows me, I have really been working so hard everyday of my life but there are just some things that I could not control. I already worked professionally in football ever since I graduated but my money has been always for my family especially for my mother's medications.
