Mechanic shop start up

I am Jake, 28 years old, trying to build for my future. I am an ASE certified mechanic, working on my masters certificates but I have a goal of opening my own mechanics shop. I'm trying to raise money for 5 months of rent so I can get the single bay building and start my business up. I have all other expenses covered just finding that extra cash for the rent has become difficult. Any help
