Campaign Story
I have been a chef for 15 years now, and since the beginning I always wanted to open my own restaurant featuring the amazing flavours of a smokey Texan barbeque and the heartwarming comfort food of the South. Australia has only just begun to embrace the street food scene, so I am fundraising to get my food truck business " Meat Wagon" of the ground and onto the streets.
