Me and my brother needs a new home

Hi, I'm Cris from Manila,Philippines. We badly needed a new home to stay in cause we just received an eviction noticed until September. My parents leased our current house for more than 30 years now. We are born here, both of our parents has already died, dad died in 2005 and mom died in 2015. We only pay 3000php/60usd monthly for this house cause the old landlord never raised the rent since 90's Very cheap compare to some small apartments here that I checked that's ranging from 15000php+/300usd.

I'm 23 and my brother is 27 both single and we both live together. My bro is the only one who has a job. I don't have a job cause i have a medical condition(different story). We can find a very cheap room just for sleeping in that he can afford for the same price we are paying for this house but we need to sacrifice all of our things stove, cabinets, ref, etc. including our 6 year old cat, my late moms cat... I need to raise 140,000 pesos or $2800 in less than four months for down payment so we can afford a small cheap house through government programs that we can pay monthly and sustain. This is quite impossible to achieve but we have no choice.

I'm having this flash back feelings when I saw my mom being resuscitate... I was shocked when the landlord handed out the form. We never knew that this day would come.
